Ingredients
  

  • 3 pounds Assorted apples McIntosh, Gala, and Golden Delicious work beautifully
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice Acidity ke liye zaroori hai taaki canning safe rahe
  • 1.5 tbsp Ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Peel, core, and chop your apples into uniform chunks. Place them into a large, heavy-bottomed stockpot.
  2. Step 2: Add the water and fresh lemon juice to the pot.
  3. Step 3: Cover the pot and bring it to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes until the apples are completely tender.
  4. Step 4: Remove from heat. Use a potato masher for chunky style sauce, or an immersion blender if you prefer a silky smooth consistency. Stir in the cinnamon thoroughly.
