Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats Powdered
  • 1/2 Cup Besan Gram Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Onions & Tomatoes
  • Salt and Green Chillies as per taste
  • Water to form a smooth batter
  • A few drops of olive oil

Method
 

  1. Mix all the ingredients with water to form a smooth batter.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladle of batter on it.
  3. Cook from both sides using a few drops of olive oil.
  4. Serve hot with green chutney!
